THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a residential door-to-door sales position. You’ll canvass assigned leads and territories, introduce yourself to homeowners, learn what they need from their internet or wireless service, and help them understand the options available through Verizon and Frontier.

You’ll be trained to explain products clearly, recommend appropriate solutions, provide accurate quotes, collect the information needed for enrollment, submit clean orders, and follow through as customers move toward activation or installation.

Duanelux expects every representative to be professional, respectful, and customer-focused—never careless with customer information or misleading in a sales conversation.

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

Clarity before
you commit.

Earn $14 per hour plus uncapped commissions. Your hourly pay gives you a dependable base while your sales performance creates room to earn more.

Reliable personal transportation is required. This is an on-the-road, community-based role, so team members must be able to travel to assigned leads and territories throughout Sarasota, Palmetto, Miami, West Palm Beach, Fort Myers, and Myrtle Beach.

Standard schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday are the regular scheduled days off. The schedule may change prospectively based on territory, travel, provider, seasonal, or business needs.

Duanelux provides the essentials you need for the job, including company shirts, hats, water bottles, and any necessary work equipment. New hires also complete the company’s required screening and onboarding process before entering the field.

The complete commission structure, bonus opportunities, payment schedule, benefits information, and performance expectations will be explained during the interview process before an offer is accepted.
