COMPENSATION

Clarity before
you commit.

This is a commission-only sales position with no guaranteed base salary or hourly wage. Earnings are based on individual sales performance and may vary from week to week.

Reliable personal transportation is required. This is an on-the-road, community-based role, so team members must be able to travel throughout the Bradenton and Sarasota area.

The complete commission structure, payment schedule, and performance expectations will be explained during the interview process before an offer is accepted.

As team members strengthen their sales skills, maintain consistent performance, and take on additional responsibility, opportunities for increased earning potential and advancement may become available. No specific earnings amount is guaranteed.
